What is a Geek & Dragon triptych?
A triptych is an independent double-sided cardboard character sheet, designed to replace tedious manual searches. Each D&D character requires 3 different and complementary triptychs (3 cardboard pages to place in front of you) that contain all information from level 1 to 20.
Species Triptych
All racial abilities, traits and bonuses of your species (Elf, Dwarf, Human...)
Class Triptych
Skills, spells, abilities and progression of your class (Fighter, Wizard, Ranger...)
Background Triptych
Social skills, starting equipment and your character's background
The 3 Triptychs of your Character
Our triptychs are sturdy character sheets printed on rigid double-sided cardboard. Three independent and complementary cardboard pages (Species, Class, Background) with all necessary rules. Class sheets contain all levels from 1 to 20 plus specific recommended equipment and spell cards. Play without opening the manual!

✏️ Writing & Erasing Tips
For Triptychs:
Sharpie permanent markers + Staedtler eraser = perfect combination! You can completely erase the marker on triptychs, even on colored areas. Don't hesitate to erase vigorously, the cardboard resists perfectly.
For Cards:
The technique also works on cards, but limit erasing to white areas ideally as they are thinner. Cards should be personalized for each character for an optimal experience!

🏆 A Tangible Treasure
"If there were no more bills in Monopoly, the game would lose all its interest..."
In Dungeons & Dragons, the two main objectives are experience and treasure. Having to write treasure on paper then erase it doesn't do it justice. Treasure deserves to be tangible, weighed, handled.
Our physical coins transform each reward into a memorable moment. When the DM makes gold coins tinkle in their hand before distributing them, the entire immersion intensifies.
📋 Property System
Use our money sheet to catalog your treasures. Write your name, count your coins, sign and give to the DM. At the end of the campaign, easily recover your investment!
🪙 Geek & Dragon Physical Coins
💰 The D&D Monetary System
In D&D, currency uses 5 different metals: copper (cp), silver (sp), electrum (ep), gold (gp), and platinum (pp). Base conversions are: 10 cp = 1 sp, 5 sp = 1 ep, 10 sp = 1 gp, and 10 gp = 1 pp.
Our physical coins add an immersive dimension: unit coins have a shiny finish, while engraved multipliers (×10, ×100, ×1000, ×10000) feature a distinctive matte finish. A gold coin ×100 is worth 100 gp — perfect for managing large treasures without handling hundreds of coins!
⚖️ Authentic Weights
According to official D&D rules, 50 coins = 500g/1 lb. Our multipliers faithfully represent these values and their weight for total immersion:
📊 Weight table by multiplier
| Multiplicateur | Poids (g) | Poids (lb) | Équivalent |
|---|---|---|---|
| ×1 | 10 g | 0.02 lb | 1 pièce standard |
| ×10 | 100 g | 0.22 lb | 10 pièces |
| ×100 | 1 kg | 2.2 lb | 100 pièces |
| ×1000 | 10 kg | 22 lb | 1000 pièces |
| ×10000 | 100 kg | 220 lb | 10000 pièces |
Feel the growing weight of treasure in your hands!
📌 These multipliers apply to any metal (copper, silver, electrum, gold, platinum)
💡 Concrete example with gold: 1,500 gp treasure
Rather than stacking 1,500 unit coins (15 kg / 33 lb), use:
- → 1 gold coin ×1000 → 1000 gp (10 kg / 22 lb)
- → 5 gold coins ×100 → 500 gp (5 kg / 11 lb)
Result: 6 physical coins instead of 1,500!
